DELIVERY

We currently offer a Standard Delivery/Shipping service, with a flat fee for delivery within the UK, most countries within Europe, USA & Canada. If you would like further information, please email info@dcypln.com.

 

We also offer free delivery for orders over a certain value (per below):

We use a number of couriers such as DHL, Parcelforce, UPS and Hermes.

TRACKING

Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with any tracking number included.

RETURNS

We offer a full refund including delivery costs within 28 days of purchase. However, you should email us within 14 days to notify us of any issue with the product(s) and return the item(s) to the below stated address within another 14 days. Unfortunately, we cannot refund any delivery charges outside of this condition.

*Please note we do not cover the cost of returning the product and we cannot refund shipping costs or any taxes/duties incurred for international orders.

You’ll need to return your item(s) in their original packaging, with tags and labels, unworn, unwashed and undamaged. They will not be accepted if they do not meet this condition.

Please note DCYPLN TLD cannot be held responsible for any loss, theft or damage to your item when being sent back to us.
